Introduction

I’m passionate about music, which is evident from the focus of this website. However, I’d like to share another significant interest of mine: psychology, particularly self-discovery and understanding personal strengths.

Psychology

My fascination with psychology started unconsciously. I enjoyed solving psychological puzzles and helping others view their relationships from new perspectives. Through trial and error, I’ve worked towards achieving balanced, adult relationships. While I haven’t mastered everything, I am confident in my journey.

Recognizing the balance in life has helped me accept the present moment and understand the importance of my decisions, even unconscious ones. This awareness leads to exploring less obvious aspects of life, provoking new knowledge and discoveries.

One such discovery is field reading. Have you ever tried sensing the energy of a person, tree, or even an object like a favorite mug? It’s a fascinating practice of turning off the mind and feeling the energy around us. This intuitive skill, often neglected as we grow up, connects us to our true selves.

Moreover, it’s fascinating to observe yourself from an outside perspective. Imagine losing your temper during a conversation and then, within a few seconds, stepping back mentally to see both yourself and the other person objectively. This pause allows you to respond thoughtfully rather than impulsively, regardless of your immediate emotions. This practice enhances self-awareness and emotional regulation, essential skills for personal growth.

I plan to delve deeper into these topics in future posts. If you’re interested, let me know through comments or likes!
