My Feelings

Today, my energy was at a very low point, a natural consequence of yesterday’s live session in Vilnius, which was powerful but draining. This evening, I approached my music with the intention of simply being present and reconnecting with myself. While playing, there were moments of quiet reflection and gentle recovery, but also hints of disruption woven into the music, reflecting the exhaustion still lingering within me. The contrasting sounds captured both the need for rest and the subtle unrest in my body. It was about allowing myself to be, letting music express that delicate balance.
